Carol Roth is co-founder and a Principal of Commercial Realty Partners. Since 1986, Carol has represented the interests of building owners and tenants throughout the Los Angeles area. To date, Carol has participated in over 900 lease transactions. Carol has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top 5 Landlord representatives in Los Angeles.

Carol specializes in office leasing with a focus on tenant representation. Carol also has an extensive background in representing property owners and is astute in understanding the nuances of property owners’ objectives in any given negotiation.
