PRINCIPAL

Cindy White has been a leader in the commercial real estate industry since 1986. She currently represents both landlords and tenants as a Principal and co-founder of Commercial Realty Partners. As a testimony to her superior level of service and expertise in office leasing, Cindy White and partner Carol Roth have recently been awarded leasing assignments from two of the largest real estate companies in Los Angeles: Kennedy Wilson International and Arden Realty, Inc.

During Cindy’s tenure as a Senior Vice President with Heitman Properties Ltd.and JMB Properties Company, she represented over 7 million square feet of office space throughout Los Angeles. Cindy spent over 2 years representing Warner Bros. domestically and internationally as their Director of Real Estate in lease and sale negotiations for 12 million square feet of office and industrial space occupied by Warner Bros. worldwide.

Cindy has spent the last 10 years as one of the leading institutional Landlord representatives, selected by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top 5 Landlord Brokers. Her extensive experience working with local, national, and institutional owners has afforded her tenant-based clients a unique advantage in lease negotiations. Cindy has concluded real estate transactions in excess of $500 million dollars during her career.

Cindy graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, and has been a resident of Los Angeles since 1990.
