Hadley Roth is Vice President, specializing in office and retail properties. Mr. Roth has an extensive background in client representation ranging from small to large size professional service firms and corporations. Mr. Roth's scope of services range from strategic site selection, lease evaluation, occupancy cost reduction analysis, lease renegotiation, investment sales and comprehensive brokerage services. He has been consistently recognized for his creative problem solving skills and ability to surpass the goals set by his clients. Mr. Roth focuses on his clients business plans and couples them with real cost effective solutions.

Prior to joining Commercial Realty Partners, Mr. Roth held the position of Western Regional Sales Manager with Boating Magazine and served as a strategic planning consultant to several other publishing companies. Mr. Roth has an extensive background in sales and marketing. Mr. Roth is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Economics. In addition, as an active member of the community, Mr. Roth participates in numerous local committees and organizations and is an involved member of Sherman Oaks Little League serving on their board and as a coach.
