EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

As Vice President of Marketing and Leasing, Melanie Morgan brings an innovative approach to every assignment in which she is involved. Melanie has a diverse sales background and has always been among the top producers in sales throughout her career. Her work ethic and dedication to serving her clients is uncompromising. Melanie’s knowledge of the commercial real estate industry coupled with her superior level of professionalism and strong leadership skills have proven to be an important asset to Commercial Realty Partners.

Prior to joining Commercial Realty Partners, Melanie served as the Western Regional Area Vice President for the sales division of HQ Global Workplaces, the nation’s largest full-service office provider in the business center industry. Melanie was responsible for new business development, client retention, and the supervision of HQ’s area sales managers for 32 locations throughout Southern California, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada.

Coupled with her commitment to serving her clients, Melanie has a strong commitment to serving her community. In 2002, HQ was awarded the first ever “Goodwill Award” by the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (L.A.C.R.A) largely in part due to Melanie’s ongoing efforts with the organization and her dedicated service to the community. Melanie is also involved in many other charitable organizations and actively supports Habitat for Humanity, Best Friends Animal Rescue, and Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation. Melanie also sits on the Board of Advisors for Black’s Guide in Los Angeles.

Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Arizona State University and is a Southern California native.
